Maintain, oversee correct collection of data to our GEMBA database. Responsible for managing and leading safety and quality improvement. Ensure community feedback information is recorded as per MAC procedures. Manages and maintains database for the MAC and prepares/assists in preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly reports through the database system to maintain funding body compliance.
Report the status of the quality levels of systems, processes and actively records participates in the evaluation of quality events, incidents and possible complaints and follow up activities. Keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance issues. Attend when required any quality accreditation meetings.
The Quality role is responsible for designing, developing and managing the systems that support Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation (MAC) to carry out work in a planned, systematic way. This involves managing a document management system so that people have access to useful, up-to-date information to do their work and somewhere to record information that is important to keep and maintain. Information that is collected includes client feedback and other program information which enables reporting on MAC programs both to funders and for the purposes of continuous improvement. The Quality role also supports staff via training in using MAC’s systems and modifying the systems to best meet client, staff member and organisational needs. The performance of MAC’s quality systems (including safety) are regularly measured and reviewed to ensure that MAC has the best possible understanding of the performance of its quality systems and that legislative and contractual compliance is maintained.
