Shree is a proud Yorta Yorta/ Wiradjuri Woman and a mother of three children, aged 23, 18, and 8.
Shree grew up in Mooroopna is a rural town on the banks of the Goulburn River, 181 km north of Melbourne in the Shepparton area of Victoria. After 33 years of living there, Shree moved to Wodonga in 2011 and is currently living just over the border in NSW.
Shree started her career in Health back in 2002 and achieved a Certificate IV in Nursing. Shree also holds a Certificate IV in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care Practice.
Shree worked in the role of Koori Maternity Support Worker from 2012-2016 and returned to Mungabareena in 2019 in the same position.
Shree changed positions in 2021 as the Admin Support/ Housing office and is now the Office Manager.
Shree loves working for MAC as it is family orientated, with a flexible environment and the options to change careers. Shree also loves supporting and helping the community.
