Contact: HACC CHSP/ PYP Worker

HACC and Commonwealth Home Support Program provides access and support to clients that are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and their carers to apply for home care services or a home care package through the Government My Aged Care or NDIS. This service is for anyone over the age of 50. 

Planned Activity Group (PAGS) runs once a week on a Wednesday and is for anyone over the age of 50 or anyone that has a disability. This group does activities like Arts and Craft, Bingo, outings and have guest speakers come into the group to educate what services and programs are around the area to help assist you in living your to your full potential. This is a social support group to enable clients to get out of their home and socialise.

HACC Program for Young People caters for people under 50 years of age to provide support for younger people with disabilities whose capacity for independent living is at risk. Services are targeted to younger people with moderate, severe or profound disabilities and their unpaid carers. This support is structured through our planned activity group.
