Contact: Bushfire Recovery Social Emotional Wellbeing Workers
The Bush Fire Recovery Social Emotional Wellbeing workers, support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who have been impacted by the bushfires living in Wodonga and parts of Northeast Victoria. The Bush Fire Recovery Social Emotional Wellbeing workers specifically work with individuals and families who have been impacted by trauma, disadvantage and isolation arising from the bushfires and then the COVID-19 outbreak. The Social Emotional Wellbeing workers engage with the community through community engagement and works with the community to plan community events to connect individuals/families to their country, culture and community.
